UDC Adopted!
The new Unified Development Code (UDC) was adopted by the BOCC on October 22, 2024, and is now in effect! Pueblo County would like to extend a big thank you to everyone that participated in the process! For those who provided feedback on the Adoption Draft, a summary of comments received and responses/clarifications that were made in response to those comments is available here.
Be sure to check out the interactive StoryMap to explore how proposed changes will apply in different parts of the County.
