UDC Adopted!

The new  Unified Development Code (UDC) was adopted by the BOCC on October 22, 2024, and is now in effect!  Pueblo County would like to extend a big thank you to everyone that participated in the process! For those that provided feedback on the Adoption Draft, a summary of comments received and responses/clarifications that were made in response to those comments is available here.
